Worst customer service!!! I bought a moveable chair from this shop and they delivered a chair with one of the wheels broken at first. Immediately i called them and they replaced it as they PROMISED me that they'll REPAIR any part if its broken or damaged whenever its required. Well i hoped that this was the end of it.. but to my surprise it was not.!! I bought the chair on 19/07/18 and the wheel broke after approximately 3 months.So, i went to the shop and requested them to replace it, but the owner and the servicemen neglected me and said that it'll take a lot of time to bring one piece of wheel for the repair so they offered me to take a whole new set of wheels which was unnecessary and i was shocked to see such negligence since they were behaving differently when i first bought that chair. Ultimately i decided to not go to their shop and will suggest everyone the same.
