Our Gangtok-Darjeeling trip, organized by them was fantastic. The hotel was cozy and tidy with more than basic amenities. Travel logistics were spot-on, with prompt transfers and informative guidance. Each day was packed with exciting activities, from road trips, temples, to monastery visits. My only suggestion would be to diversify dining options and a common driver for throughout the trip as often times the drivers assigned were not very friendly. In sum, an unforgettable experience that will stay with me forever.
I got my Bhutan Trip done through Saitirtha Travels, Everything was very well planned and co-ordinated, from Guides to Drivers, and stays everything lived upto the mark. Stays provided in Bhutan was good, people over there understood both Hindi and English which really helped.
Stay was pleasant overall. Good food, very well behaved staff including those at restaurant. Was particularly disappointed with the front desk people, nearly all of them. Didn't appear to know what hospitality is, not appeared willing to help, didn't ever enquire about the stay/planning or anything for that matter, although we stayed for 4 days long. Should improve urgently.
I would give Rathin da & team the highest recommendation for Sikkim tour planning. What makes them stand out is an admirable mix of professionalism and personalism. While we started with planning for North Sikkim, which did not happen for the impact of floods - he was quick on the draw to chalk out an alternate plan and we couldn't have been happier :) The choice of places, the stays, as well as the driver was perfect. And, quite unbusinesslike, he was so empathetic that we could not do North Sikkim. Thanks for all the help, Rathin da - we will be back for North Sikkim :) Till then take care and all the very best!

I had the most amazing trip to Northern Norway (fall season) with Flytrail. All the details were meticulously planned. The locations (northern lights!) , itinerary, self drive cars, accommodation (so beautiful!) and food arrangements were top notch.
