I recently underwent an implant removal procedure for my leg, and I wanted to share my thoughts and observations. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to the entire medical team involved in my care. The doctors and nurses were skilled, professional, and compassionate throughout my stay. They took the time to explain the procedure, answered all my questions, and ensured I felt comfortable and informed at every step. The cleanliness and hygiene standards at your hospital were exemplary. I was pleased to see the strict adherence to infection control protocols, which provided me with a sense of safety and reassurance during my stay. Additionally, the nursing staff deserves special recognition for their attentiveness and prompt response to my needs. They consistently demonstrated empathy, making me feel well-cared for and supported during my recovery. However, I would like to offer some constructive feedback regarding the discharge process. While the medical care was excellent, the discharge instructions could have been more comprehensive. Overall, my experience at your hospital was positive, and I am grateful for the high standard of care I received. I believe that by addressing the minor areas for improvement like Discharge & Medi-Claim, you can further enhance the patient experience and ensure consistently outstanding care. The hospital itself is well-maintained and clean, creating a hygienic environment that is crucial for any healthcare facility. The staff members are highly professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to providing the best possible care. They were attentive to my needs and ensured that all my queries were answered promptly. I had an amazing experience with Dr Neeraj Adkar Sir and Dr Sujit Kadrekar Sir. The orthopedic services offered at Sai Shree Orthopaedic Hospital are top-notch. The doctors are experienced and skilled, specializing in a wide range of orthopedic treatments. I must appreciate their expertise and ability to accurately diagnose and recommend the most appropriate course of treatment. Although the waiting area is small ample parking is available for patients and visitors. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Sai Shree Orthopaedic Hospital. Worst experience ever. The doctor and the medical staff were helpful. But the billing and insurance department was misleading us and gave wrong information to us at every step. They didn't provide the necessary details to the insurance provider at once. This lead to the same steps being repeated multiple times. What would have been a short stay at the hospital was extended to more than a day because of this negligence. Apart from the admin side, the room allotted was also not comfortable. There were mosquitoes everywhere and they didn't let us sleep peacefully at night.

We visited Sai Shree Hospital and did total knee replacement surgery for my mother by Dr.Niraj Adkar. We are satisfied overall as the treating doctor did the surgery well and their skilled staff supported us very well. They took good care of patient. Overall satisfied and recommended for TKR surgery. Hi, I'm resident of Panvel. And I visited Sai Shree hospital for first time on 7th July. Experience with hospital reception was very good. Within less than 10 mins I was in Dr's cabin for observation. No long waiting session. Lately after Dr gone through my reports, I've taken appointment for my ACL reconstruction surgery for date 14th July and for that I've to get admitted on 13th July, but here I've faced some probelm, the counselling team didn't take any follow-up with me, they didn't even call to re-confirm if I'm coming on 13th or not. And didn't even called to discuss about admission timing as well as discuss about which operation process they are proceeding with (as there are 2 to 3 types of ACL reconstruction surgery). I called them and confirm about the time. Lately on day when I get admitted, I asked counselling team about which surgery they are performing for my ACL reconstruction, they gave me wrong/false information about it. They are totally unaware of the surgery procces which actually going to perform by main Dr. But lately when I complained about this to Dr. Adkar he personally told me about actual process and type of surgery going to perform by him and satisfied/ cleared all my doubts. Then he sent his best team to take follow up on me twice or thrice a day after the surgery till I get discharged. Dr. Neeraj Adkar is very professional, polite and humble person. All the other staff, nurses and mama (Mr. Deepak) was so nice to me. They really took care of me. Another thing to share about canteen experience. It wasn't so good and satisfied. Hospital need to improve it. Canteen person waited my family for more than 1 hr to just heat n up our food but lately didn't showed up and didn't received the calls also. Apart from this talking about the main thing is medical treatment, it went very well and I'm completely happy / satisfied with it. Hospital premises was very neat and clean. Staff cleaned the entire floor for more than 5-6 times a day. Hospital has valet parking service too. Thank you

All staff are corporative. Clean beds and washrooms for private room. Overall process for billing and surgery was smooth. Special thanks to Dr. Mangesh Patil Sir. Overall experience with Saishree hospital was very nice.

I am so grateful. Excellent care from the minute I checked in the hospital. Overall treatment is good. The devices were good and the staff and doctors were Excellent in all ways.
