Very bad experience! 13 Dec 2019 The staff nurses dont follow their Duty and responsible never come on call.... DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES IN RELATED TO PATIENT CARE She will assess the needs of the patients in the ward and make nursing care plan for all patients consulting with ward sister. She will give direct patient care (bed making, changing of bed sheets, mouth care, back care, bed bathing, hair wash, changing of position etc) and allotted care to her by the ward sister. She will fulfil all basic needs (hygienic need, nutritional need etc) of the patients. She will provide comfort to the patient and maintain safety of the patient. She will take over the charge from duty nurse of previous shift, regarding patients (bed to bed), instrument supplies, drugs etc. and handed over the same to the next shift. IV. To lay out the trolley according to operation list. V. To prepare the trolley of anaesthesia. VI. To check Oxygen, Carbon dioxide , Nitrous Oxide, emergency drugs, crush trolley etc & keep them ready at hand. VII. To carry out the instruction of O.T. Sister when necessary. VIII. To assist the Surgeon and Anaesthetic in operation theatre. IX. To count all instruments and mops before closing the wounds. X. To monitor the condition and take care of patient during operation, and post operatively in recovery room. None of above is getting followed. Very sad to say this is the real part of the story also I would lile to mention this the Nurses dont do their work for what they are getting paid off!!! #frustrating

There is dialysis centre, on which medical authorities are not having proper control.neither they are extremely controlling or observing the lab, as a result technicians directions are becoming final. Which should not be.. When component medical authorities there they should look seriously.

Very bad service sister not approved Mahatma Phule yojna as from government it is approved Very bad non ethical service,noncooperative for poor people,can any one help to get it from .also this is not my concern some body told ,e help us talk with sister but I don't get the number , hospital person are not giving sister landline number to contact her
