Extremely bad behaviour at parcel desk. They are not professional. They charged on everything apart from delivery, like for pickup and drop your package there is charges. Even if you want to pick up your parcel they will charge you. If you ask them to put parcel in your van, they will thrash you with bad words and look first then they will charge 100 rs for that too. Don't try this delivery channel unless you don't have any other choice.
Yesterday I traveled through Saini bus and it was late by 2.5 hrs. Moreover facilities were not up to mark, TV, mobile charging point and light in the Bus were not working at all. This is not Saini is know for, hopefully you will check the bus before making it ready for tour.

I was travelling for nagpur from latur Seats were totally wet due to rain and when asked bus service provider to give me clean and dry beddings as i to travel for whole night , he denied and told that I don't have any dry bedsheets and as there is rainy season whenever rain starts the water will come inside u have to manage that.
