Most imp thing is excellent service although rooms are slightly small but, it's overall balanced by their services, definitely recommend, I also stayed in paradise which have pathetic service considering they are charging double than this one. So just go for it.

Terrible hotel to stay at. Lift is very smelly - seems like a rat died and is decomposing. The room they offered on the first night, was damp and walls were shedding. Wallpaper was off at a place and there was fungal infestation on the wall. And guess what, they called that executive room. Finally, they changed the room but there was no relief. The staff seemed to be okay, I mean they cannot do much there when the management is at fault. Calling it a Fabhotel subsidiary and such terrible infrastructure is absolutely shocking. The AC stopped working once. The bathroom sink tap has negative flow of water - we had to complain to get the flow back. The tap water had dollops of rust and marshy substance falling out out of the main tap. Such water can literally get you skin and hair diseases. No proactive change of bedsheet or cleaning of rooms were offered. Breakfast was unhygienic, they delivered it uncovered to the room. Just 0 maintenance. Location and polite staff are the only advantage they have. FabHotel should do a proper inspection of the infrastructure and invest some money to improve it. The hotel is not recommended for families or women traveller at all. However, if you still want to experience how hell tastes on earth, you could try staying there.
