An absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end! The travel planner was a delight to work with. We simply provided the length of time we wished for our vacation and the primary points of interest. Our planner took that information and designed an exceptional touring experience to Manglore, Kochin, Munnar, Alleppey. Sailsmith took care of our luggage transport and getting through all necessary check points. We were provided with excellent service by our drivers and guides. The hotels selected for our stay were 5-star and lovely. My group and I have never been treated so well by a group of people that were dedicated to making our time in Kerala unforgettable. I am not a girl who will take time out and post a review but had to do so as their services were compensable had gone on a girls trip with 3 other girls from Mumbai to Rishikesh. The stay were good and hygienic and the driver did mention the do and the don'ts were totally worth it. Thank you for making this trip a safe journey for girls.

Hello I extend my deepest gratitude for the recent trip you organized for us . It was a blast .Getting together with Sailsmith and team was amazing. The sights , the food , the stays at each hotel and the road trips ..everything was great . The arrangements of food , site seeing, and included activities was looked after precisely. Despite the unfavorable weather at some cities , the enthusiasm was kept alive , and we got to see those remarkable places and amazing sites. We appreciate team kalpesh's efforts for planning such a wonderful itinerary with such an affordable budget. Our basic motto was to take out some time from our normal boring college routine and have a great time with friends which was perfectly achieved through your efforts . The trip was a great success. Collab with sailsmith was some experience to cherish & the way initially kalpesh from mumbai took everyone's doubts/ranting/ requests and orders /at times things went downstream and he had to handle light abuses, still he handled it with professional look & made the trip possible by giving us his time patiently. Secondly the trip of 10-12 days went great overall. Kalpesh made sure that he left no stones unturned and didn't disappoint us and as promised he gave every stay /hotel + the food there as promised with ample varieties to choose from in food. Keeping aside the ONE ROOM LESS issue in two stays, everytime the experience was good. It would be better if kalpesh would have sorted rooms to people early only in a wah that quad sharing would also occur and girls/boys issue also was solved. That is something you can improve in further tours i.e managing rooms according to girls /boys in the grp. Tour guides akshay and kalpesh the photographer, were friendly and helpful. At the end of tour, they became good friends with us. I believe akshay could have been a bit strict in his outlook and organise approach but his kind way was also effective. People dont listen so you can be little strict as being guide then people listen to you and also u dont have to maintain relation with anyone further so no issue if things get heated with someone. Visits, sights were all given as promised expect bhagsu waterfall shiva cafe.Although it was our fault that we erre late for dharmashal but if organised good, it was possible to cover bhagsu also. Other than that all great. Rain spoilt some mood at places but okay. Care of group was taken by guide and also sailsmith and no fraud cheating etc was felt entirely during trip. Kalpesh made sure that he gave us time even after we had payments done and until trip was over. That feels good. It was great time organising with you kalpesh. Overall trip was fine. Trip coordinator was really rude and absent minded not knowing about some spots non cooperative . The trip coordination done by him was really poor. Some destinations were skipped due to him. His ignorance caused us losses in some spots . I enjoyed the journey and the camera guy kalpesh was good at handling the situation than the main coordinator .

Local tour guide, budget friendly, quality food and tour guide were the best. Went Rajasthan with them after doing my research for couple of months got the best deal from them. Jaisalmer camps in sand dues were the best. I am glad I choose sailsmith over other companies who were charging 50-55% extra for no reason.

Pocket friendly for group tours. For 7 people 10Days - 9 nights we choose to go to Uttarakhand best trip ever I had taken the burden of managing everything but I had to the headache of weather the things will fall in place or no but it went really well.I personally enjoyed and had a stress free trip they should sent tour managers with small groups too.Rest Good job
