SAILAM RESTAURANT - Family restaurant in Gorimedu, Salem - Salem, India

It's a so called cafe that sells Tea, coffee and Milkshake made from Camel Milk. Overall the beverages were good but it was on the pricy side. It's good for one visit.

Had Camel Milk! My BIL took me there. Nice place. We both had Raw Camel Milk and Boiled Camel Milk. Taste was good. Never tasted Camel Milk before. What i felt is.. Raw Camel Milk tastes flat. But you can find some taste in Boiled Camel Milk. Shop staff said they source Camel Milk from Rajasthan it seems and transport it from there. Price is on little expensive side. But the product justifies the price as it was sourced from Rajasthan. Shop is located on Kurumbapatti zoological park road which divides from Gorimedu. Shop is open everyday a week. Timings 11am - 10pm. And there are many other varieties of dishes available. Like Biryani, Rice and n Noodles, Sandwiches, Burger, varieties of Rolls, Breads varieties, Dosa varieties etc. Can try!

I recently drank camel milk here ...it tastes good really ... price of the camel milk starts from 50rs ....i also ate chicken briyani which cost me around 100 rs only ....but qualities as well as quantities are more than sufficient..... I'm completely recommending this for all

I really love the Sailam restaurant, taste is amazing and owner is friendly and humble. Especially Biriyani and Paratha tastes really good. Reasonable Price. One of the best hotel in Salem. All the best team.
