Reacently we went this hospital for my cousin skin problem, staff is very irresponsible, no time maintenance, if we want to take half medicine they don't agree, first they thale money after that only they tell about medicine, they gave unnecessary medicine 1500/- to us, we said we don't need this, for that only they 500/- extra for cancel the medicine, completely money minded doctor and staff, if you take op early morning also, they will keep waiting you minimum 2,3 hours, they told us time, if we reached correct time also they are doing 2,3 hours waiting time, and no proper responce,

No use on My Acne ScarsTreatment at Sailaja Skin Clinic, Ongole. I spent 6 treatment sittings , Eight months duration, Rs. 34,000/- the result is Zero. Literally no change/ no use. When I initially met with the Doctor by observing the condition she said my scars are curable and can guarantee up to 50 - 60% of improvement on 6 to 8 sittings (where there is possibility for more percent but I am not assuring you beyond that, and when it happen you will get satisfied) she said and I started treatment. She suggested to go with multiple type of treatments combined. On my first and second setting she did Fractional Leaser Therapy & PRP Inject-able treatment. The Platelet Rich Plasma treatment(PRP) was very painful then what i heard, might be the injectable procedure should be different or combination of PRP and Leaser is not correct I don't know, So for third sitting i opt PRP with dermabrasion needling treatment. At this point i was expecting some improvement on my scars, but no change and i also felt PRP treatment was not effective. So for the 4th setting i took only Dermabrasion treatment. But she was compelling me to get PRP as well, then i asked her to do PRP non- injectable procedure, what i got to know about that in internet. In many countries Doctors follow this procedure. but she said that is not effective. In my 5th setting i asked for Fractional Leaser alone. She want me to get PRP as well and She said she will do the PRP non-injectable procedure. But I already lost my confidence by that time. When i went for 6th setting for Fractional Leaser i discussed about my condition with her as their is no change at all. She said me to get 6 to 8 more setting from their where 30 to 40% improvement is guaranteed. I am like what?, This is not gonna workout. If I see at-least 20% improvement on my scars level or reduce in scar deepness i should have definitely continued, When their is no change after six sitting their is no point to continue. I have seen no one who got any of this face treatments at any Doctor and with no result even after 6 sittings except myself, thats where i felt bad. I don't know what kind of treatment she did. They want us to pay consultation fee on every visit when it is beyond 30 day. Come on, I am in middle of the treatment and continuing, no hospital will charge like this. If my treatment goes for 12 months, so i need to pay consultation fee for 12 months. I refused to pay at any cost. The numbing cream what they sell in their medical stores wont give numbness of 10 minutes too and on lighter side even after keeping for 2 hours. So i bought the same formula with different brand outside which was far better. Here i am not exaggerating anything photos were captured before each setting and before initial treatment as well by Doctor and myself. Make a wise decision before going into any such long treatments. Definitely not recommended here.

My wife had taken 5 PRP sittings , after that we just asked how is the progress going on,...she clearly told please go with another doctor after we spend lot of time and money which is not at all fair. she don't have ethics ,.. she is not good in cosmetic side she may treat regular skin allergies rather than cosmetic,. Please give skip for cosmetic treatments' here.

I can not find the words to describe how happy i am after removing my pimples of my face before I have so many pimples on my face and dull skin after getting my treatment it will control my acne and my skin tone also improve very happy with the care and treatment I have received at this clinic and reasonable cost of treatment Thank you mam for your wonderful treatment

Cheap mentality Doctor I have ever seen. She won't even examine the wound if we buy medicines outside hospital pharmacy. Avoid her if possible
