!!PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL!! Dr. khandelwal is the worst docter i ever see. we visited the hospital recently, there doctor attends 10 patient at one go (without taking notes like which patient talks about what thing) and then he used to write medicin for them all once he back to the cabin, and rather all consultation goes orally. how he manage to remember 10 patients name and what they are suffering from. He prescribed 2 medicine for my mother both the medicines are painkiller having same functionality but different company one painkiller they ask to take twice a day and one medicine once a day. both are of same power and same use. I dought that, is he really a docter or what? pathetic..

Worst Management ever seen.They don't take appointment online as well on call. Harrased by waiting outside for 2 hours.

Worst management ever! I wanted to meet orthopaedic for my mom, when asked for the phone oppointment, they said, "phone oppointment is not possible". When I reached at 6 o'clock, i had to wait and then staff told me that 6:30-7 ke beech me kabhibhi aa sakte hai.. agar aapko jyada takleef hai to RMO ko bulatee hu.. Receptionist was not on her place and did not inform her work timings.. on top of it they later informed me, "Sir, jyada dee nahi rukate" Everyone from staff was cold and insensitive. When asked for the number of Dr. Agarwal and khandelwal - straight away denied to share the number. Its now been more than 50 minutes waiting for the doctors to come but no update and no sign of apology on the staff's face.

Worst treatment ever. Instead of recovery of injury it spreads outside more.

The hospital is good and for patients of all class. I had a complete ACL tear 4 years ago,for which I was taking treatment from this hospital. One should get the medicines from the nearby medical store only as those are not available everywhere. Dr. Kishor Khandelwal is really a professional doctor. Unlike other 4 speacialist he didn't consider my case as a means to make money via operation, but gave geniune medicinal treatment. I was healed without operation but just meds and physio. It was also checked in second MRI. The only complaint I have is that there is no parking space available as it is a busy area.one should plan appropriately while commuting here.

Worst experience. Unexperienved staff and doctors. I visited this place as my 5 years old had an injury on the little finger. The staff member with out even listening to us too the X ray of the wrist. Dr. Agrawal was on duty and he told us it a fracture.. no details were shared like where and how critical is the fracture. He told his staff to do the plaster. Again the same staff member who took a wrong x-ray started with the plaster. I don't know how he did it but the whole think came out in the next two day. When I called the hospital and told about the plaster she said come at 6 pm as Dr will be coming at 6 pm. The time of the call was 6:08 pm. When I called here again asking is the Dr there now as its already 6, she abruptly said why I am calling her the third time. This was my second time and I finally decided not to visit this place again. I consulted other orthopedic doctor though it cost me again. I just wanted to say, though the rates are cheap, so are the services.

Doctor Kishore khandelwal is very good (orthopedic surgeon) doctor. He always listen your problem and provide solution of your problem with minimal medicine and maximum exercise. He did bilateral knee implant of my mother. She is fine and her pain is totally gone. She can now walk approximate 2 km in one go. He also treated many of my relative. He always guide you for right treatment. The problem which are not his expert area he can guide you to relevant doctor.

The staff of SJMH is polite and and organised well, also they take care of their patients very well Overall experience is perfect, I would recommend this hospital to everyone
