Gym is based on how the coach is training you, motivating people and most important the goal u set....is the coach really help u to push to ur limit to get the goal.
I've been to this since 2013. It's was good then but now the management is completely worse! One of the trainers Anthony Vicky is a fraud. He has taken the money for personal training and hadn't given the training is not returning the money now. Beware before you handover your money there!
In this surroundings this was the best GYM

Ever heard in a Gym you cannot use the treadmill for more than 15 mins? So called trainer walks upto me and asks me to get down from a treadmill that I was using more than an hour. Never seen this at a gym! This guy also kept on arguing that no one is allowed to use the treadmill for more than 15 min
