I recently dined at Saico Mazali family restaurant located on Bengaluru - Honnavar Road, Tumkur. This restaurant offers a variety of South Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian food items, including Kerala cuisine. The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive. It took quite some time to get their attention, and even then, they appeared uninterested in providing quality service. The flavors lacked the authentic touch that I have come to expect from South Indian and Kerala cuisine. While the dishes were decently prepared, they didn't stand out in terms of taste or presentation. I was hoping for a more delightful culinary experience, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. On the positive side, the prices of the food were reasonable. The average pricing made it a more accessible option for diners, especially for those looking to try South Indian and Kerala dishes without breaking the bank. However, it's worth noting that the average prices alone can't compensate for the lackluster service and average food taste. In conclusion, Saico Mazali family restaurant in Tumkur offers a variety of South Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, including Kerala cuisine at average prices. However, the below average service and average taste of the food overshadowed the positive aspects. If you are seeking an exceptional dining experience, I would suggest exploring other options in the area before settling for this restaurant.

1)I have complained to food quality control authority 2) not even worth of a single star..taste is worst ...quality is neglected...they dont care about customers..they give old stocks..worst place on earth....please dont g* there ...because they are cheate*s ...why because they put one rate on menu and give the bill with another rate which is higher than in the menu...worst hotel worst service worst taste worst maintanance worst management worst quality....

I just love this place i would suggest anyone who is visiting Tumkur should visit here and try Mandi in this restaurant Quality and Quantity 5/5 Worth for money 5/5 Management 5/5

I wouldn't suggest anybody to choose this restaurant. Had very bad experience today (07/09/2023). Please don't go based on the photos posted in the review. Even I did the same. How horrible!

great but needs a lot of improvements in dishes which tastes neither good nor bad and lies in a mediocre area with prices more than average

Food is very good But the service was not superb but not bad. The staffs are not yet good . Vegs are non vegs are available here. So everyone can try there
