I recently had a terrible experience at "A1 Mobile shop" at Saibin complex ground floor. The owner was incredibly arrogant and his behavior was completely unacceptable. The product(tempered glass) was faulty and fingerprints sensor did not work properly after installation. When I tried to return it, the guy again argued with me and gave me a hard time. Eventually, he did not return my money. I would strongly advise others to avoid this shop at all costs. The service is terrible, and the staff are rude and unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and find a different store to shop at.

It's good. As I had visited this complex to stay, nothing much to say. But u have a food hotel, bar, mostly mobile shops, gym etc inside, I dint find any parking, but u may have one

One of the oldest malls of Mangalore. Has a wide range of outlets for electronics and fancy items. Also has a few bakery and stores and restaurants.

Stop over for any mobile accessories... Atleast 5 to 6 mobile accessories shops in the ground floor area...Does have a few eating options...from veg fast food to non veg Afghan stuff...

One of the first malls that opened up in Mangalore, however right now you have much better options for shopping. There are a few old shops and restaurants in the complex which still serve great food.
