My experience with Sai Yogsthali has been amazing. Both Bhagirath Sir and Indu Ma'am are highly qualified and experienced, they personally suggest yoga according to your health problems which starts giving immediate results. Daily variation in yoga classes by our trainer with a mix of asana, suryanamaskar, mediation, cardio, stretching and breathing exercises makes it more interesting. Entire team along with other trainers ensures that you are practicing yoga in proper posture. Yoga classes at this place has immensely helped me in mental and physical wellness. It is indeed one of the best yoga centre in Jodhpur and I am thoroughly enjoying my yoga sessions.
