Worst experience ever. We booked 2 rooms for our family for 1 day. Room and bathroom were not clean but we thought that for this budget we will manage. We decided to stay there for 1 more day as we visited Shani shinganapur and we had so many luggage so we didn't wanted to move from one place to another with luggage. We thought that we gave to stay st night only for few hours so we will manage. We informed the receptionist that we will stay there for 1 more day and let us know if we need to book it or we can just pay you offline. He said okay and then we left to visit temple. In the evening we got call from hotel owner and he asked me to book it again and the price he set was double of the previous day. He set that price intentionally high and forced me to book it at that price only. I told him Multiple times that we have already informed your receptionist in the morning and as we discussed yesterday price should be same and should not be double. But he said that price will be more during weekend. I checked price for Sunday and it was still less. He increased the price only for Saturday and forced me to pay the amount . He is saying that if you wanted to stay for one more day you should call me and not the receptionist. Price that we paid for that extra night was not at all worth it. If anybody is paying more charges, room and bathroom condition should be at least good. But bed sheet was not clean. we asked them to change. Room and bathroom was dirty. so that no one else should face similar issue. I went there with my parents and it was mood spoiler.Room and bathroom condition was not clean. Actually we didn't like anything. This is the worst experience with hotel.

In online they shown 700 rs but they collected 1700 rs Manager was so rude ,dont book this hotel it was so horrible

Pathetic experience. I had a booking for two rooms for a day. But we decided to extend our booking for one more day to avoid rush. Instead of booking again, we asked hotel owner to extend the booking. He agreed on that with same price but later in the day, after 10pm, we got a call from him asking to book itself as we had made reservation for precious day. We agreed to that as we didn't have any pr6 with this. but to our surprise, he had made price of one room to be approx 750 and for a place like this . where there is no basin in the room.. linens are dirty.. floor is sticky.. is too high On arguing with him that we already informed you guys about this and we are not paying. he along with his wife started showing that we have made booking.. we will have to book from there only.. and about price this is high season that is why price has gone up. but we have verified about the price for next day.. which was infact Sunday.. price was again.. we checked for next weekend as well.. price was only.where pilgrims go for peace. this place will totally spoil your trip.

location of the hotel is within 50 meters of the Temple Gate no. 4 the rooms r cost effective to the customer as well as for the hotel owner. no wardrobes in any room, the same r not required as usual stay is for 1 night only. hot water timing is 4 am to 8 am which has not been mentioned. heating rod is provided on request. hotel owner is cooperative and a big devotee himself. I enjoyed my stay there.

Here prices are low. You can get room for single per or two. Don't prefer for family stay. They provide breakfast also. Rooms are quite OK. Not too good. All the rooms have television. Hotel staff are very cooperative. Best thing is its very near to sai baba temple. And near to hotel there is a variety of restaurants you can get all type of meals. Overall good. Washrooms are not very clean.

Initially faced problem with the room which did not had western toilet. The manager was so helpful in allocating the other room in one of their Hotel's. Staff was polite in undrestanding our needs. I would recommend if any one is looking for a hotel which is in the budget from Rs 400 to 600.

Sai Vishnu guest house is really wonderful hotel in reasonable budget. it is located just behind the Shirdi Sai baba Temple. Hotel owner Mr. Girish ji is truly kind and professional Genteleman who helped us throughout the Trip. He arranged taxi and auto for our travel. The most amazing thing of this hotel is the fresh and hot breakfast . Breakfast was really delicious . My girlfriend is from Russia, she doesn't like spicy food, but at the hotel she also enjoy food and Masala tea as all species were added in measured quantity of taste and customized food. Girish ji always ready to help at personal level also if you need. The owner never compromise with quality and service. once you visit, you will visit again for sure because it's a magical hospitality by hotel staff. I would like to stay in this hotel again

We enjoy our stay at Shirdi as Sai Vishnu Guest House is walkable distance from temple. Hot water was available. But room size was small for three beds. However it was immaterial as we had gone for Darshan purpose.
