One of the worst travel agency I even seen. They just look for money. I just experienced that, they cancelled my booking which I have done for rs 1496 and gave reason one day before that, bus was broke down and on the same day, they are selling tickets via online for rs 1850 & 2000. no ethics.. no morality. Day light robbers. Please dont believe them and dont book this travel. No safe journey If you do so.

I traveled from Blore to Goa on 2/2/23 and boarded at Majestic. It is a pathetic service. Came almost 45 min late and reached Mapusa 2 hrs late. Seats are not comfortable. The crew will never respond to your phone. Never will use this bus service again.

Never book from this travels 1. Staff refused to speak in other languages. He directly cut my call and didn't lift afterwards. 2.no bedsheet for the sleeper seat and full of dust and mub. Not at all clean. 3.Charging point is not working. 4.very rude behaviour from the staff 5.pick up point location is just name of the town. And actual point where I boarded the bus and the pick up point shown in the maps are 2km apart and I had rush to the pick up point. Staff didn't bother at all. Threating that they would leave the location. 6. Worst driving ever. 7. Drop point is different and woke me up one hour early.

Started late by one and half hour, the bus was in real bad shape with putrid smell inside. The website told drop point was billekalhalli but the bus driver in morning dropped me at majestic stating the bus won't go there. My main reason to opt for this bus was the dropping point which didn't happen.Absolute thug life by bus company. Kindly be careful before opting for such service

DO NOT BOOK SRI SAI EVER! Worst experience in a sleeper bus I've ever had. This was during a return trip from Goa to Bangalore. Surprisingly, the trip from Bangalore to Goa was fantastic in a Seabird bus. 1. Bus is like a tin can, the jarring vibrations will result in an extremely uncomfortable ride and won't let you sleep. The driving was poor adding to the above discomfort. 2. The sleeping arrangement wasn't good, with no luggage rack. Our compartment didn't have the metal bars which prevent you from falling over. 3. The conductor was extremely rude, had zero customer centricity. Didn't give us any water bottle, which others service providers such as Seabird/Shivneri do. He also didn't know our drop location and unnecessarily woke us up 1.5 hrs before drop for the same. 4. The dinner stop was at a very crowded and unhygienic place where most of the travellers opted not to have food since there was no time or space. No additional bathroom breaks. I can go on, but hope this is enough to make people aware of the extremely inadequate service provided by Sri Sai.

Okay okay travel not much polite... Don't know why they fight with passanger always.this practice should be stop.

It is one of the worst travel agency I have seen. Not responsible for your belongings and they don't even bother or gaurd it. They won't look after your safety.

Worst experience ever. Found cockroaches in seat and bed bugs were seen often. Worst experience ever, book at your own risk to this travel services
