i went to collect forex of a very minimal amount, the person who was siting in that counter was so irresponsible that he was not even responding properly. Firstly he said had only big denomination i was fine with that , the second thing he says their printer is not working and he wants me to get the xerox from outside. And immediately when i went to the alternative vendor they offered be small denominations and documentation was smooth .i felt that the employee who was sitting in that counter was not interested in Business

Very bad service.The man sitting in the counter very reluctant to book tickets, simply saying it will be waiting list , without checking.

These people add roundoff option in the bill apsrtc counter and dnt give change to customers if we ask they simpliy say 5 rp em vundi lite if we say 5rp not there they will not give ticket also and they loot like this many times

actually zero rating for their customer service. The staff person, appointed to us, didn't know how to fill the visa application forms. VERY CARELESS. I had to apply for my parent's visitor visa. Every detail about me was filled wrong. One example is, I am not married yet and they marked my marital status as "married". When we checked all the forms, they were blunder mistakes. The forms were submitted on the website portal with the mistakes. When my parents went to the Sai tours office thinking to see if there is a solution to this, the staff person was not sorry at all. HE DID NOT OFFER ANY FURTHER SOLUTION. I (BEING THE CUSTOMER HERE) DID THE ENTIRE RESEARCH OVERNIGHT AND RECTIFIED THE MISTAKE, THE STAFF MEMBER DID IN OUR APPLICATION FORMS. I (BEING THE CUSTOMER HERE) RE-SUBMITTED THE FORMS ONCE AGAIN AFTER 12HOURS OF MY OWN PROPER RESEARCH. He did not provide us with the visa slot's ID or password. Very irresponsible and very careless staff. I had to keep asking them for everything. They are never proactive. AND THIS IS NOT A WRONG POST - I can mention the names if i want to, but due to privacy and some common sense, i am not mentioning the names. SAI TOURS, PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY. YOU WERE GOOD PREVIOUSLY. NOW YOU ARE NOT!

I don't recommend this travels for anything. Just visited and this was the Worst travels I have ever seen. Not even bothered to ask the customers what they need even when we were sitting in front of them waiting for their response.

Worst experience, There's no dignity of work. They only work for money. Don't trust them until you get your tickets. I asked them to book return tickets(tatkal) from Shirdi to Hyderabad. I have paid some amount which includes the 1000 rupees service charges for 5 tickets i.e, 200 extra charges per ticket. Later, I started to Shirdi after going there, The agent called me asking 700 more for his mistake. Even today he asked me to travel to Chandanagar which is far away from my house. Even then he took service charges. If you pay more money then only they will care you. Or else they doesn't even have a minimum common sense while talking to you.
