I booked the room for 3 person and would say the hotel is located at the place in Nerul from where we can visit famous places like beaches and forts which are nearby. There was a separate bed available along with the master bed in the room. The hotel staff was very responsive and service was also good. Kudos to Hiren bhaiya from the management who helped us a lot. There is also restaurant and bar available along with the swimming pool. I will recommend this hotel who are planning to come Goa.

Good place. Clean and tidy rooms.Wellnfurnished. Spacious rooms. Restaurant attached but takes time so order ahead. Not many shops around.
Decent hotel to stay. The only thing is you don't have a kitchen facility for 24 hours. The beaches like Candolim, Calangute, Baga, Panjim are very close by. Maximum 15mins to reach. The hotel will recommend bike rental from a good guy named Dilip. No scams on bike or hotel stay. Confirm with them just for your confirmation on your stay. Elizabeth madam is very helpful at the hotel. Provides guidance on your trip if you need any assistance. My overall stay here for 4 days was excellent. Recommend to stay here if you prefer to choose North Goa.
Very nice place for stay . Very good staff . Receptionist (mam) have very polite and very nice behaviour because of her nature only I extended my room form 1 day to 3 days
