Sai Swarna Hyundai service and showroom - Hyundai dealer in Kakinada - East Godavari, India

Recently I had given my car for repair at sai swarna Hyundai services, kakinada. I didn't receive any review call regarding the service provided.I am very disappointed with the service as it has taken very long time just to procure the parts and to do minor repairs. We have been told two weeks time but they have taken three weeks which has caused us significant trouble. I think it is better to give to private repair services as they would have given prompt service as promised within 3-5 days. I don't-want to recommend anyone to Hyundai as I have suffered so much. This is the second time this has happened.I am very disappointed with Hyundai. Private car repair services are better than you. They have charged very high prices but the response time is very very slow.worst service I have received I also complained about the service to hundai management then also they didn't respond

The Worst Dealership In Kakinada Is This Which Was Renamed As Swarna Hyundai With The Same Old Staff. Service And Costumer Satisfaction Had Been Clearly Removed From Their Task List. Sales Team Were Lazy As They Don't Exist, And Service Team Was Busy In Imposing Un Authorised Service Bills.. And Damaging Costumer Vehicles Internally. And Charging It On Costumer Was Not Acceptable And It's An Offence

Though it was authorised showroom in and around kakinada they provide worst service for the customers..they just show off the things and don't maintain which they have promised to customers..I was self experienced with this showroom is that I have waited for the spare parts for months and months though i have the new model cars ... They simply say that they have to get those spares from Chennai so please wait for sometime..I was very much unsatisfied with this showroom service technically..need more trained technicians because this is the authorised dealer for Hyundai in Kakinada zone.. Not to blame all the staff some were very helpful and responsive to the customers.. please try give better service...!!

MOST OF THE HIGHLY RATED REVIEWS ARE FAKE. My car got delivered with scratches after service. It's clearly evident from the CCTV footage but they aren't admitting their fault and they are accusing us in return. Customer and car service got bad these days with this dealer. In case if you want better service satisfaction in car delivery and service u can better avoid this dealer and can go to RJY or Vizag. Highly negligent behaviour by the staff in workshop and service. Management must better realise atleast now and take better steps to reduce these incidents happening.
