Service needs to be worked upon. Cleanliness has to be done properly. Charging sockets and other electronic items need to be upgraded. The fan and other electrical fittings are in bad shape. Even the bedsheets are not proper...

Just behind the gate number 03 and dwaraka mai.. location is best.but room service and room is not up to the mark. Can be said ok.what rooms are booked my me not given the same rooms.

Really it's a bad experience... Maintenance is not good, i won't suggest to anyone to book the rooms in that hotel

Rooms and bathrooms are not maintained well. I don't recommend this hotel. Only advantage is it's near to temple

Hotel is listed as 3 Star ( ) but it's not even of lodge standards. Hotel had confirmed dormitory for driver when inquired (before booking) but during check-in they denied availability and charged additional money for the same. Staff behavior and conduct too was very bad, they truly believe that our business on dependent on any customer and hence they do not care for customer and amenities. Room equipment (Fan) wasn't working properly, washroom too was very unhygienic. We had booked room with Breakfast but Hotel said our restaurant is closed, we'll have to arrange from outside, if that's case they you shouldn't have accepted the Breakfast booking. I spoke to the owner of the property as well but he was very arrogant.To sum it up, Never Ever even think of booking this hotel for your stay. there was hardly anything about the property which can be said good.

pathetic service, booked 2 rooms with both included with child, no mattress was provided, they do not have regular aminities too. switches didnt work, charging points didnt work, room was smelling of toilet, didnot have dishes, glasses or cutlery to have dinner or lunch, no intercom for room service or reception, owner didnot even know which room he has accomdate us and keeps on asking in which room we have been accomodated, mixing our booking with some other bookings. all in all a pathetic experience,

Dead phone, TV is for showpiece. Tap ko to touch krte hi jamin me gir jaega so handle with care. Toilet sheet tuti padi hai. Bed sheet to lgta hai pichle mahine hi badli hogi. Don't expect that hotel staff will hear you. You can avail all these cream services at 1,590 if you directly pay at hotel or if you go for online booking then these rooms are available at 600 in MMT

Worst and stinky rooms, and got rooms in ground floor not sure they will clean the rooms and change the blanket and bed sheets one used, blankets are not washed a nd it has stains on it.worst experience And we are not able to sleep whole night and got rashes due to untidy bed. No ventilation and no light. It says budget booking but it doest mean in budget class basic needs also will not be provided. Better ask for room picks what we will get, before booking. Best is to avoid. Funny thing is when I asked room spray , they bought some liquid filled in water and sprinkled in room. And never get fooled by seeing the images posted online. In real time they will not match not even 50%
