Worst service by this travels. They charged much and irresponsible staff. Bus Ambience is average. Won't respond immediately. The bus was breakdown at Hayatnagar on 25th Oct 2023 which was started from vjw on 24th oct 2023 at 11.30pm. They haven't provided alternate arrangements for customers and waited half and hour in same place and managed the bus to till LB Nagar metro station and told us to use metro as the bus was not in good condition and this was happend at 6.40 am. But this bus is appeared in vijayawada at 1.50pm on same day i.e., on 25th october 2023. Here is the pic shared by my brother from vijayawada. I don't recommend Sai Srikrishna Travels at all. Better to use RTC Services from both Ap and Telangana. They will atleast take care of people by providing alternatives to reach our destinations. Known fact: You don't get journey feedback request mesaages ( my journey ended approx 9hours back and so far no review request arrived to my inbox) for this kind of pathetic experiences as their reviews will go down.

Please do-not travel in this travels the staff and the cleaners are irresponsible and rude to customers even they told me to get-down from the bus and search for another bus in the middle of the road at 12:30 am in the early morning.I faced many problems by this travels and felt unsatisfied.I want the owner to respond about this problem.

Worst travels I was ever seen they don't know some of the routes mostly long distance there not perfect 1 they never do pickup in selected stops ask for come by metro or any local trasportation they told us they will pay 2 worst time maintenance and puchulaity this bus was local trasportation only 3 Price in the same price we can do up n down with best traveling agency's don't weaste your money this travels was not worthy 4 they don't know the route and safe way suggestion they searching ways in route maps so this not a safe way for passengers safty 5 there not providing reserved seats which we are selected So please don't do your traveling experience horrible

Worst travels. wrong information from office that bus is coming in 10 minutes at 11.50, and no information from driver end also bus is delay by 1 and half hour. I was waiting with family on roads from midnight 12 O clock to 1.35 a.m

Facilities are good and maintain is also very good. It is Budget friendly also

Very bad service, they have not give proper details of my ticket at the time of booking! I have called them so may times and they did not responded to my cl! I have choosen another bus! On the date of journey they called that booking is done! Hated the service! My mny also not refunded back! Dnt go for this serviece

The bus never arrived to boarding point and their customer care no. is unavailable to contact. Redbus denied to refund saying that it is bus operator's responsibility to approve the refund. Redbus staff themselves were unable to contact the bus operator. Ended up waiting for 4 hours with the bus not showed up.
