It is great place to stay, location is easily accessible and close to beach. Place is very well maintained and Clean. Home cook food was delicious. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

We stay saisneh is 2 day ..awesome experience there is view is very cool ..good and tasty food..room was cleaned..with beautiful surroundings..akshi beach is just 5 min walkable distance..mr akshay parab behavior very friendly..staff is very co operative..must visit the place at least once

If you are looking for a short break with your family/ friends and pet members, then I must say you have to visit Sai sneh holidays at akshi beach. We recently visited this place and had a great experience...now we have a bundle of so many cheerful and memorable moments. Rooms and ac are in a good condition.. very refreshing and calm environment.. so many palm tress are around the place and food is a on the cake..the staff is so co operative.. they have best quality inhouse food preparations and serving. Specially the cottage is pet friendly; the staff members took proper care of our pet member too. Beach is jus 10 mints away from the cottage. It is so relaxing and clean . You can enjoy the water waves so happily and easily... Please do visit the place once.

The arrangement was very good..The rooms are very neat and clean.... surrounded by greenery, staff is also very polite and helpful. The food specially Fish was very good.. This is slightly costly but overall I had a good experience with family

We stayed for 2 nights, rooms were spacious, neat and clean. The staff here are very very kind and helpful. The food (Fish fry) was at a different level and a must try. Overall an awesome stay nearby to sea.

I visited this place on last Friday night. The place is very cozy and quite, suitable for someone like me who values his hard earned money. The owner's son was on site to manage things. He took really good care of my requirements. The food quality and quantity is amazing. They served "Fresh" sea food like pomfret, king fish, prawns and Bombay duck....they were indeed fresh... For a moment it reminded me of my native in Konkan. The room was humongous. It was well maintained and sanitised. The bedding was clean and neat, obviously hygienic as well. Air conditioning was impressive, we were 5 guys occupying the room yet the cooling was at it's best. The staff is very enthusiastic and courteous. They actually used separate pans for shell fish to avoid any allergic reactions for me. I am very thankful to the owner and the staff for taking care of these small but very important details. It's suitable for all sorts of travellers and families who want to enjoy nature as it is and spend some quality time with your family and friends. I will recommend this place 10/10.....they will make your every single rupee worth
