Went there while having severe pain in lower abdomen. If pain hadn't reduced by the pain killers followed by the drip, they asked to get admitted after depositing Rs10,000- which I genuinely think is- Too much! Later, post sonography, when I was diagnosed with Urinary bladder infection along with obstacles in the Ureter, a Cardiologist (only doc in the hospital) prescribed Nephrological medicines- which miraculously worked. Although charged Rs1200 for observation of 3 hours and prescribing medication.
We have always found this hospital many times better in Airoli vicinity, in terms of doctor's constant follow up with patients, accessibility of vehicles, very caring nursing staff and paramedics. If you bring any concerns to doctors attention it is acted upon immediately. Cleanliness is also best compared to other hospital we have visited. Doctors expertise in treating patients is most rewarding.
Dr. should respect the patients. During the OPD timings the Dr. went to check the hospitalised patients. My sick wife waited for over an hour and the receptionist did not even call the Doctor.
I called to have an appointment for diebatologist, called but no reply there. Seems like no staff is interested to pick up enquiry calls .after some time one lady picked up call but has not provided me information
