Very poor customer service. They are not even showing interest to show their pieces.. if you want to purchase, select those pieces in Instagram, since they won't be available in shops. Better to shop through online rather than coming to the shop..

I heard about the shop through a friend and visited the Fairlands shop. They have excellent collections of imitation jewellry and the staff were very helpful.

I'm completely satisfied with the customer service and the collections. They have suggested a lot of designs according to our saree. Everyone was very sweet (especially vidya akka and the owner) and treated us well. They have huge collections of jewellery in all rates.
