Hotelier given strange reason that they dont give upper floor rooms for online booking. Location is good 1 min walk from beach. Food taste is very good. They dont clean rooms even after reminding. AC was good. Tv was working. Overall stay was average and food service was good.
Worst kind of Service.CHEATING in the name of Complementary Breakfast. In the morning they will give you basi Poha, and sukha bread.
Worst service ever no sence of talking to guest. Full of arrogance staff manager and owner. You fill like jail in here restrictions on almost everything. You can't have anything with you on this hotel. Worst hotel ever..... Disappointed
Pathetic experience. Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay. The staff even the owner is unapologetically rude and arrogant. They first misbehaved with us right from the time we were checking in. And when we raised the concern asked us to cancel the booking and leave. The owner is simply an arrogant male who thinks, a woman should never speak back. His actual words 'I don't listen to women in My house, why would I listen to one in my hotel, even if it means bearing a loss.' The worst experience I have ever had at any hotel.
Stayed here with my family on 26th Jan 2023. Called reception said Rs. per room. Says book from there will give rooms on ground floor and not first floor.Pros- Good location- Very good food in the restaurant. Slight delay in service, but I dont mind as long as the the food taste is good- Located on main road- Wine shop at 1 min walking distance- Beach 2 mins walking from the hotel- Parking space availableCons- Arrogant and not helpful reception/staff- Rooms not well maintained- Construction work was going on next door. None of us were able to sleep in the afternoon- Did not give plates and glasses when asked for in room. Says outside food and drinks not allowedOverall ok stay due to good location and food. Ok-Ok amenities. Do not book if you are used to good polished rooms.
Stayed here with family. It's worst hygiene condition they have mentioned in facility wi-fi but it's not there.
Location is good, Rooms are decent. Worst service though.
