Sai Pooja Travels arranged our Mangalore local Udipi Kollur Murudeshwar Gokarna Sringeri and nearby beaches tour excellently. A fairly new Ford vehicle. Good knowledgeable Driver. Driver can be a bit more customer friendly. Parked car much away from temples. Has to tell him once or twice. At Gokarna, when I was searching car, eventhough he had spotted me, kept quite without coming out of car and calling me. I tried his mobile but chose to not pick up by that time I had spotted the car. Requires counselling. Time was well maintained. We were able to complete all planned locations leisurely and comfortably.
Sai Pooja had deployed a good Innova Crystal for my family pilgrimage to Sringeri/ Uduppi and Katee. The driver Mr Vinith and Manager Mr Nagarjan were very cordial and cooperative. Will keep them as my reserve for next trips to Mangalore.

Even before I undertook the trip the problem started with this agency with their quoting exhorbitant rate for four days rental ( morning 7 am to 6 pm) for Innova crysta taxi. Rs 27,000 was quoted and also asked for advance. When I asked for the working sheet for this package rate, the person who answered was rude and he maintained that this amount is valid. Without knowing per day rates, per Km rate etc, how one would pay such a huge amount. I cancelled my entire trip because of this. I told them not to use 'Sai' name and indulge in business like this. He got wild. What to say? I have the entire WhatsApp conversation with me as a reference. The owner must pull up the person concerned. I feel sorry for the CEO of this company.
