Sai Park is one of the emerging and fast growing city in the south end of the city. Where it's connectivity is really good. With flyover road is there to reach easily. But residential area is little congested because I this area you can find only 1200sqft sites only. Gardens are there but not well maintained. Bus connectivity is good.. Good part is all south Karnataka connectivity starts from Sai Park, ganesh nagar only
