Very bad experience. Don't recommend anyone to stay here. First of all, the lift wasn't working in this hotel, and the first room they gave us was very bad, like everything was broken, fan wasn't working, AC remote wasn't there. The second room was better, but then they charged us extra for it even when it wasn't our fault in changing rooms. We also were given our room at the top floor, so every time we had to climb up and down the stairs as lift wasn't working. During check-out, we even had bring down the luggage by ourselves. The service was very bad. The first 3 days, they didn't clean our room. And after requesting again and again, they cleaned our room on 4th day. Wifi also wasn't working properly at the top floor. And they don't provide any amenities which they have mentioned online. The room service was also very bad. After asking for water bottle, they came after 2-3 hours. And the staff became too personal with us since we were girls. I didn't like that one bit. The environment of the hotel also wasn't good. Location of the hotel was fine. Another negative thing about the hotel was its owner who was very rude and arrogant. He argued with us about money and even rudely told us to leave the hotel, if we didn't like it, even when we had already paid half price of the stay. It was one of my worst hotel experiences and I don't recommend anyone to stay there.

Average room. Smartly priced. The hotel serves your basic needs. The rooms are perfectly priced if you consider the location. The rooms are clean. Enough supplies are placed in the room. I had to struggle for the tv remote batteries but i dont take it as a negative point. The staff is a bit lazy though. You will have to ring the call bell several time until the attendant appears. Room service is almost not available. Because they donot have own restaurant and they bring the food from somewhere else. Theres no wifi. Considering the clean, moderately comfortable and well maintained rooms at this tag; I wont mind coming here again.

The location is in a good area. Check the room personally before booking.

hotelier's approach is very cheap. they are cheating to their innocent customers to give High rates for old hotel rooms. really uncomfortable stay in pune

Stay was good. Hotel is located in the centre of the city. Nice place to shop nearby. You can easily get the local transport which is at walking distance. Hotel staff is also cooperative. Rooms and washrooms were clean. Only thing is washroom looks old and the sanitary ware needs to be changed. Else everything is good. Safe Place. Good nearby surrounding. Garden just in front of the hotel. Hardly 2 KM's distance if you want to go in the old City area.

Its sad that we dont have option to give 0 rating. I have stayed at 5 stars as well as 1 star hotels but this was the worst experience i ever had.Light is falling down (can be seen in picture) , no geysers (they just have heater which starts in morning) .tv is not working since past months (got to know when i asked them to recharge). No doormat outside washroom. Dirty room, dirty comforter. Pathetic service.

Worst hotel ever I Seen...uncomfortable serives.....Night staff services are worst...Not helpful ....Room and Bathroom are not neat and clean....Hot water for bath was limited....It's Waste Of Money....Don't go for this book other.
