A very good hotel to stay in the city, and it is very convenient to every place

Very decent hotel in the area. Clean rooms. It's located on road, very easy to locate. I couldn't find any vegetarian eateries near by. Staff said they can get food delivered from hotels to room on request. It would be convenient if kitchen is present in hotel itself.

Very accessible on just highway. Around 7km distance from Suryalanka beach. Hotel rooms are good. Toilets were a bit dirty as they become old. Management is good and user friendly.

Very dissapointing staff - No proper maintainance - No cooperation at all. Lot of mosquitoes and it was a horrible experience and regret staying at this hotel. There's a hotel beside it "Kona Bhavan Hotel" far better than this Sai palace. Use your money wisely and you'll thank me later.

Rooms are spacious but very dirty. You have to keep reminding the staff to clean them.

Located in the middle of the town. Rooms are clean. Management & Staff is supportive. Prices of the rooms are reasonable. No Restaurant, But boys will bring food from near by hotels. Car parking is limited, but till now we didn't face any problem with parking. Stay was comfortable.!

Not bad but rooms r so neat .but r room service is not good in crucial timings .finally not bad but dey should have to improve to services to attract pupils will come d visit again

Good hotel to stay. These don't have card swipe machines. Water problem is available and don't have geysers when needed. We stayed for two days and no room service Related to hot water. Stay will be good and has peace of sleep.
