Sai Mahal International - Hotel in New Delhi - Central, India

rooms were okay if you are going with friends. people are not helpful. i think this is the problem of all Delhiites. everyone speaks either rudely or sarcastically. room services was not so good. we wanted hot water when we came at 11 pm on our 2nd day. they told us it will be available in the morning only. also avoid there delhi darshan package. they charge 750 something for a person. which is 250/- more than usual charges. try to bargain.

Worst hotel ever visited. They made my trip's experience about Delhi so bad that I never visit Delhi again. The rooms are smelly and bathroom are so dirty. Their behaviour with tourists is so bad. They keep their persons in bus stops to fool tourists. The person in reception seems to had alcohol shown by his bad behaviour. Never visit here and get cheated by their package plan.

Rooms are horrible, too much dust and washrooms are worest more than Sulab toilets. Rooms are not cleaned and bed is full of with dirt. That blanket is worest more than what begger people's are normally using. No hot water, No AC in this hotel, but they will charge 1500.00 for room only , and they will kept our luggage an outside of room it's means at reception place. At reception place persons are fully Alcoholic and they are cheating the people with collected extra money compare with other hotels and transport. They will charge double amount , ex : if it is 800.00 they will charge 1600.00, If bus is same for all passengers ticket should be same. But in their brochure it is double. Now a days hotel and transport everything available on online, after this worest experience my advice is go with online only, don't listen Auto people's words and don't struck their, if you can take 5 min of time you can found good hotels through online. They are cheating and scam people, this is all kind of business only for money without service. In traveling also they wasted people time , no site scene at Brundavan at 10.45 pm. Just they collected money. Don't waste time with listen this stupid people. Worest experience in this Sai Mahal Int. I never recommend this place, they won't return your money and they will argue, no smooth dealing and not professional. Worest people.

If you are reading this then pls immediately - move out of the hotel or if thinking to book - then stop !!!!!! all are cheaters here . Dont go by name of the hotel , management is cheater they will loot all your money and hotel rooms are pathetic C grade.

I Stay 2 days Taken Full Package of Rs 9200 Delhi to Agra by Bus AC and Dehli Ride by cab with AC. Just waste of Time and Money . guys do not listen to any ricksha and do not reach out here.

if google allow me to give minus stars i would love to give them stars in minus. Worst hotel and very arrogant people. i've spent my thousands here. Please never ever visit here never ever for your safety and really want to enjoy please do not ever visit.
