I know Dr. Ravi since 7 years now, from my first child to my second kid... He is so kind and will explain all our queries when it comes to child health and growth.. I strongly recommend him for your kids. Got one concern in recent days with the front office lady. The approach and attending patients are not an professional manner. She seems rude and non responsible, if you ask for any queries, like follow ups, doctor availability, medicine route etc.. Would be good if doctor look out this and take some action to educate on the behaviour and handling patients wisely..
I have known Dr. Ravi for close to 3 years now and have found him to be one of the most patient and empathizing doctors/paediatricians whom I have come across. He has good knowledge, answers all your queries in a way you understand. In my experience, found him to always do the best he can for his patients, employing the best of modern technology and information and interested in delivering optimal care to his patients. Worst experience with pediatrician doctor it's been a year I'm consulting for my daughter, he just gives the same medicine all the time which heals hardly for a week and again she will start suffering from cold and severe cough. Nothing got completely cured in a year.
