Doctor is rude and will not talk to patients directly about their queries. She also doesn't explain the procedure beforehand or what is expected. This person should not have become a doctor. Privacy is ZERO, as there is no private room for testing. Assistants will keep entering and exiting the room during testing. Please don't go to this place if you have any other options.

( P.s I'm a Doctor myself) With just a single visit to this clinic spanning 35 mins I have got reasons to grade them with the lowest rating for the scan centre. 1. The patient privacy is spared. With The doctor along with 2 of her assistants in the room the patient parts are carelessly exposed with no courtesy of following a protocol of spreading a sheet and covering the parts. With all the lights ON this gets soo embarrassing for the patient. 2. After using the usg gel they don't even provide a piece of tissue to wipe it off. How much will a tissue cost.? 3.handling of the probe on the patient is rude. The trained person can be even more gentle... Common the patient is a human... The doctor need to spare minutes for the work of evaluation. Harsh handling traumatizes patient's mind. Conclusion: this scan centre set up gives you on paper details of your problem. Other than that the way they treat is bad. Right from lower to higher Cadre.
Had my anomaly scan done here .doctor has seen the scan very patiently and report was perfect .highly recommended
Worse scanning center ever. No privacy nothing. There will be other patients inside the room while they are scanning for you. In the scanning room there's gonna be a doctor, another person over the computer, 1 or 2 patients apart from you and a couple of nurses. It's just a scan why do they have so many people inside? As if they're gonna launch a rocket or on a mission. The scanning room bed is worse and you have to literally climb and get inside. Save your money & go somewhere else. There was one nurse who was kinda rude and the doctor doesn't even talk or reply in English (i wasn't able to understand her tamil) so i feel if a patient is talking in English they might have a language problem and being a doctor she gotta be able to communicate in English as well.
