Perhaps the most peaceful locality in the twin cities
Good residential colony, new projects are going on
Upcoming residential areas with all facilities for new housing dwellers, well built and and sold as a package, later it could be a gated community. Nice place away from pollution.
The locality comes under Yapral but not sure why it always shows in Sainikpuri. Nearby there are many things like Kaafo coffee day, Michael Horse Riding School, Indus Universal School, Gospel Church. The place is booming like anything. Few years back very few people used to stay here but now if you see the entire place is filled. The plot prices have also gone very high within a short span. The best part of the place is you get very cool and fresh air even though it is inside the city.
Upcoming residential colony in YAPRAL, good planned place, reasonably wide roads, but sparsely inhabited. Lots of construction work is going on & it will surely be a lively and busy place in a couple of years time... Trees need to be planted quickly, as there are vast open spaces with very little shade, else summer is going to be awful here... There are a couple of big schools, many play areas for children There is also a club for adults It is also close to Kapra lake, and there is a short route to reach Kushaiguda & ECIL from here..
This place is crowded with laborers still working on houses to be built, loose gravel roads and there are no trees anywhere within this colony compared to the last green area it is situated in, when it rains, the roads actually collapse like it would during an earthquake, if you're looking to buy a house or land, then I'd suggest you search for registration colony which isn't very far from this place, with better areas and greenery.
Sri Krishna enclave was constructed by my father in law. Basically it is semigated community of villas. The colony was clean and covered by discipline members.
Good place... Will be a good residential area in the next 5 years! Peaceful

This is one of the nice parks in A S Rao Nagar. It is far inside from main road and pollution free. Lot of greenery. Nice place for kids and good walking track
Good walk way. Lighting is ok but trees blocking light. Need to be trimmed. People going around without masks, large group of people playing shuttle are danger signs under present Covid 2nd wave.

It's a good place peaceful area no traffic sounds... Timings :- morning:-5:00-9:00am Evening:-5:00-8:00pm There is a kids play area, so many to play And gym equipment which are in good condition Good for walking, jogging, running and yoga
Great place to get oxygen and go for a walk or a run. Clean and green. They have now added a seating enclosure for rain and heat. Soon adding toilets. The committee is very active and dedicated to the upkeep of the park - doing very good work.
One of the best I ever went it's almost at the end. Covered with lush green plants and is well maintained by the gardener. Good garden area and seating chairs are available for elderly people who comes to sit for pleasant air.
