The rooms are good. The staff is polite but less empathetic. When it comes to hospitality all staffs must be polite and empathetic. If they are not then there is something wrong with the S.O.P

First of all dr ramaswamy i know from child hood he is brillant doctor in palakkad.unfortunately today i went to hospital was not well without by stander i went sujatha sister mke me to wait and insulted she mde me to wait 1 hour 45mnts and said cannot consult dr i came bck so hospital management need to strictly look in to yths and warn her

[My experience is mixed here, so please go through the complete review] If I have an option to add my rating for different categories within the hospital services, I would put it this way 5 star - for the doctor and the treatment, nursing team etc. My parents only visit here and they have been treated very well so far. 0 star - For the insurance team - They clearly have 'no clue' what they are doing. Not a single instance when my parents were admitted here I could get cashless option even when I had them fully covered through insurance - it was extremely painful experiences. They would always say they have sent the details and haven't gotten approval from the insurance etc. In some previous occasions it even took a month and phone calls during my work hours to get this sorted . On the current occasion I emailed both insurance agency and hospital to check what was really going on and my insurance agency confirmed that they received nothing for cashless from the hospital. Now this is not the experience anyone would want to expect while holding an insurance and still ending up paying everything and after 30 days being told that you can submit the claim yourself (30 day is the typical claim window as you may know) I would really think twice if I have to get any admission done here henceforth just because of the insurance trauma.

Middle level Hospital - Total 25 beds ICU beds 4 Room 14 Deluxe Room 2 General Ward 5

Three months back, one of our relatives had eye surgery for putting the lens. Although hospital claims that one can pay by credit card, the consultant doctor- Dr. P. Sasikumar takes cash only! Typically, the surgery takes place in the hospital, the hospital charge (~ 1500Rs) could be paid by credit card. After this, patients( ~ 10-15) were asked to meet at Dr. Sasikumar's clinic and doctor explains the post operative dos and don't .When you want to pay the balance amount, ~ Rs 23000/ you have to pay that all in cash! They also don't give a receipt or invoice for this amount and this has been the norm!! In other words, no transaction is documented and thus no need to pay any kind of taxes! Why is this happening? !

Good doctor, and nursing staff. Irresponsible management. Very stuffy inside. Can be cleaner

It's good hospital!! Consultation was good had no problem(consulted duty doctor) One of the nurse were bit rude but still ok Medical shop person is so slow taking medication and billing it, had to wait for long there Parking space is just fine for two wheelers , but pathetic for 4 wheelers if people of the hospital is using it Overall my experience was good

The hospital is made up for only high class people, low and middle class people wouldn't go to this hospital for treatment.The Hospital management charges high prices to the treatments and medicine, Rooms etc. Very Bad Experience faced Recently from this Hospital
