Worst hospital in north bengal, this hospital is only there to make money, they don't have work ethics. they see patients and the patient party as money making machine. they least care about the patient, if anybody wants to kill your patients then only you take to the Sai hospital otherwise please igore. Me and my family so hard because of this hospital.. along with huge amount of money we even almost lost our famiy member

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT GO to this hospital. This is the worst hospital for gastro patient or any patient in general. Their main aim is not to heal the patient but to charge them exorbitant amount. They ask all the patients to get endoscopy and colonoscopy done even when not necessary. The first thing they tell you to do are these tests even before meeting the doctor. They are only after the money, you will not get better after going to this hospital.

Treatment is done with proper test as per doctor's instructions. All Staff members are nice,guided me properly. I am very thankful to them.

My brother was admitted in SAI hospital Siliguri I specially would like to thank Dr.Narayan Agarwal and nurses and others staff for their excellent medical facilities and services. Maintained cleanliness and is very hygienic competitive in best medical treatment yet economical rates are best for choosing SAI hospital , Siliguri My best wishes to them

Overall Experience is good But i want make a short appeal on a behaviour of staff, receptionist and lack of understanding also they need to be understanding regarding paitent, sometimes paitent go through with most common problem which we called financial problem so they need to be cooperative with paitent as well as paitent family members. Hospital and the members of this hospital should give first priority to the paitent not a money because money is not a big deal, but paitent is.

Had undergone a piles and ulcer treatment,near painless piles treatment done which got recovered within a couple of days.. Cooperative staffs and hygienic environment.Lastly very much thankful to Dr Agarwal for his prompt and specific detection and treatment.

Is this a justice to human health. We brought an emergency case of liver issue. They admit the patient and ask to buy EXPENSIVE injection n medications. And next day morning again asked to buy another set of expensive medications and after sometime the patient expired. Whereas as per the doctor on same day morning patient was recovering. How come suddenly patient expired. I m sure a medical negligence either overdose or wrong dosage given or ccu staff negligence. Coz they didn't clear the reason of death. I m feeling shameful to be a resident of west bengal siliguri . Coz here medical ppl can easily play with people life . Total INJUSTICE. WE VISIT HOSPITAL WITH HOPE NOT TO END OUR LIVES.

We had a good experience at Sai hospital .. we started with the registration and person who was doing the registration at reception area ( Mr.Mohan) was so cooperative and had explained the procedure in a understandable manner .. Dr. Narayan's treatment was outstanding .. the way he explained the procedure and his keen observation and dedication towards his patient is bravo.. his treatment regime is different and satisfying .. nurses in the hospital is outstanding and their gesture and care towards the patient is awesome O
