Excellent place to practice Yoga . Sai Ma'am is very patient and understands each individual health conditions and requirements and trains us to do different Yoga Asanas and streching exercises. I would recommend Sai Happiness Lounge as a best place for practicing Yoga for beginners and experienced persons . Classes are available via online and offline.Also, she has got morning and evening classes so that working people can join at their convenience.Much satisfied
