I am going to Sai guru yoga centre for past 14 years and this itself speaks what a beautiful journey it has been. Chanda ma'am has helped me both physically and mentally and she has been the best yoga teacher I could have asked for. I highly recommend this yoga centre.

It's the best thing that has happened to me. Instructor is awesome! She looks into each one's problems and accordingly makes us do things. I had slip disc and pressure problem. Even had lot of weight. With her guidance all is well now. Even my daughters joined seeing the result. Would recommend it as the best yoga class in Mira Road.
I started working out just few days ago but i am feeling super excited and energetic...... Love to work out with my group and Chanda mam. Its a place where we excercise , and have fun too.
