A good society which offers rental/buying options for shops, flats. Not clean enough. Water logs easily during monsoon.

Good quality construction, two staircase, two lifts, small garden, missing gym or pool, Drinking water is also a big issue here, but still best investment or residential flat in Naigaon (east).

Guys please beware while purchasing fkat in sai enclave Naigian east, even in new construction. Their sales officer will do fake promise. We have purchased flst here and now we are in trap. Radhey construction have not formed society till date. They take money in name of maintenance but there is no maintenance, lithere is no finance audit from last 4 year, there is jo register, where our moeny went and spend we don't know. Before buy fkat take review from the people who are residing here, they will tell you the pain they are going through and how they have cheated. Please beware while purchasing flat here, as you will pour your hard earned money and you will get stuck it.

Sadly rating it to 1star as there are so many internal problem related to amenities such as Lift issues, Water issues no proper security guard, Garden is not proper mainten no lights on garden. All rentals think twice before renting flat in Sai enclave.

Other than the Menace of street dogs, which are in plenty. It's a great place to stay.

I enquiry this building today for rent and purchase a flat. It's looking good as it is new currently. 1bhk flat have two washrooms. 1 for Hall and 2nd one for bedroom. Area is 600 square feet (approx). It could be a nice option for future investment. BMC Water supply through tank from Vasai.

Food is nice but the service is very poor waiters are new they barely know what to serve when and with what. Nice ambience to have drinks a kind of family restaurant but still ok
