I have stayed here with my wife for one day. The person at reception (Mr. Jain), he doesn't know how to talk with customers. very cheap communication and bad behavior. I would suggest to avoid this place as you can find many good places to stay nearby. The only positive was that this place is just 10 mins walk from the temple.
And don't fall for the photos, all of them are totally fake, the rooms are not even half the size of these photos and the place doesn't look like this at all.
There is no room service, dust was not cleaned before handing out room.
TV present no remote and no settop box.
Reseptionist was good. Do not book Through any third party app. U can directly reach there many options. Felt cheated by third party service providers.
It is just around ten minutes walk from Shirdi Sai Baba Temple. I stayed from 6th March 2023 to 8th March 2023 with my family. The person at counter Mr. Jain is very helpful. No room service person was available. No food available at the stay. Only water and some eateries are available. You can have delicious food nearby. Rooms are clean. AC, TV, Geyser facilities available. But room are a bit smaller in size. If it is a double bed room, then 2 person will fit well in the room. 3rd person will make it congested. The other rooms (3,4 bedded) are likewise. Mr. Jain will help you with everything you need. So, just don't worry and book your stay. The pricing is affordable. It is 14-15 KM away from the Airport. The stay was comfortable.

I stayed on 1st floor room No. 104. it was neat clean room, good ventilation. Ac,TV was available in the room, which we did not use.
The only little issue I faced that geyser was very slow. for one bucket hot water i had to wait for 15 minutes.
other thing was they took identity proof of all of us.
If rates are little lower, it would be great. still good deal. ideal for one or two night stay.
Bedshit,rugs floor,bathroom etc were clean.
No food provided but good restaurants are available on walkable distance.

Online pictures are completely different from reality.. hotel is very near to shirdi temple walkable distance only.
warning for cheating of online payment
I just talked to a person over here by parson name is Pankaj kumar sharma and booked 2 ac rooms for 1200 rupees. and agreed to pay 500 in advance and remaining later when check out. but now he asked me to pay him by phone and all the money. I agreed that is should not be a fraud so asked him to send latest salfy of hotel LOGO and his photo for remaining payment as I am doubtful he failed to do asked him to return my payment so he is asking again my credit card number that making my doubt more confirm of cheating. I do not know whether this property exist or not or involved in cheating. Be careful

Rooms were well maintained, clean bathrooms and food menu was elaborate. The room service at times was slow. The swimming pool was nice and clean too. Highlight would be the unlimited buffet breakfast.
