Good pg for north Indian people,food is good compare to other PG's

Worst place to stay, my room had no mosquito mesh ,the room was full of cockroaches and plenty of bedbugs, No proper ventilation. The place is highly occupied by bad smell due to the nearby septic tank. So lots of mosquitoes and other issues u can face , bathroom door which had many holes made room for cockroaches, TBH food is ok you can adjust but it is very oily, The owner will sound like a very good man but he is very unreasonable and money minded, and the security not so much. They also wont pick up the trash nor do you have a place to dispose it nearby. Owner will not return the advance amount at the period of vacation, He doesnt have GPAY , so i asked him to pay me with cash and he told me that he doesn't have ATM card.

One of the worst PG. If you tell the problem today management will solve it after more than 6 months that too after repeatedly asking. Water tank will not be cleaned regularly may be once in year. Food is very bad, If you complain about it they will say everyone doesn't have this problem only you are complaining about it, they will ridicule it. I can write a big book on this about my staying here. I advise better find something else.

I think it's better to start with pros. 1-Its one of the affordable stay options available in chennai, for guys having limited resources, especially students. 2-They are providing food (breakfast & dinner ) and you can take lunch to office as well. 3-Its in the middle of city, so you can easily access the shops and other facilities. 4-Wifi speed was awesome. Cons: 1-Mosquitoes. Its really a bothering and troublesome problem . You wouldn't get surprised seeing countless mosquitoes around 5, evening. 2-Food was comparatively good, except the oily items. 3-cleanliness is kind of disappointing. In a nut shell it sounds a value for money package.

Old pg and and rooms but rooms are spacious compared to surrounding pg's. Food quality is not good. Water buckets are very dirty. Daily basis owner charges Rs. 500 for ac room. And in each room he has put 3 beds. For month a stay you to have pay ac electricity bill . and this pg name is SWARNAKUTIRAM

Worst food and maintenance, WiFi recharge won't be done on time, better get your Jio. And mainly, they have only 2 phase electricity, it is probable that we lose power every alternate night.

very very worst PG i hav ever seen. i have been there since two months ...ground floor with a open drainage...rats running on the floor and due to that lot of infection

No Wifi! No TV Recharge! Not neat, requires some cleaning service. Food is somewhat OK!
