This is an awful place. It should be shut down. They take horrible care of the animals, I saw four bunnies starving and nearly dead, all sorts of exotic pets lying outside and roasting in the sun. It is disgusting. Please don't give patronage to such barbarians!
Very dirty shop. One month before we purchased two birds. Very overpriced. Don't waste your money on this shop. They had no knowledge and try to cheat people. After purchase their behaviour is also very arrogant. Staff is also stupid. Never think of purchasing anything from this shop. Compare the rates online and you will know the hefty difference. Pure cheating.
Owner is calm and helping. I bought 2 Guinea pigs from here. The place provides pet-boarding too. Recommend it.
I have been thoroughly cheated by this shop which charged Rs8500/- for a 100 litre Chinese fish tank as against its fair price of Rs.3000/- elsewhere. My greatest mistake is that I didn't check the reviews before buying. Extremely Dirty shop. Shop owner is a nasty THUG who operates from remote through shop boys.
I absolutely don't like the Vibe. Too dirty, don't go with your kids. Too expensive. The shop owner does not even come out when we visit to buy an aquarium. One of his employees who didn't know the details, was there. Overall it was a bad experience..
