One star rating is also worst for this hospital.the doctor kameswari has no patience on pregnancy woman's. Hi All, Worst Hospital and Worst Doctor ever...Dr Kameswari...disgrace to the medical profession. I would nt refer this doctor to any one, because people might die just for waiting till the doctor arrives. My wife and sister went to 'Sai Anurag Hospital' in chandanagar, Hyderabad, Telangana. this visit is for the gynic check up for my sister pregnancy. This hospital staff has given appointment at 12.PM and made them to wait till 5 PM evening and ask them to leave ,cos doctor has got a operation schedule. They made a pregnant lady to wait fro 5 hours with out even lunch and my wife with kids to wait all this time and when asked the reason, behaved very rudely. This good for nothing doctor, when asked about this, stated its your bad luck in a cinematic manner and asked to get the paid money and go. I would suggest people to prefer some super speciality hospitals near by, any ways they charge the same as this worst doctor and hospital, but atleast are good enough to treat on time and have proper schedule and backup doctors. rating 1 itself is more for this dumb hospital..
Service is so pathetic. We had to follow up for multiple times everyday for one scan report which irritates, as the doctor(Dr.Maduri) herself is not aware of the fact to issue the report. Better choose other doctors who are more responsible towards patients and quick in providing the services.
Dr. Kameswari is very cool and listens to patients carefully but some of the staff members do not behave politely. Appointment system should be available in both online and offline. To get appointment with Dr. Kameswari they open registration at elarly morning 5am to till 7am. After 7am one can call on hospital landline number and get an appointment, but mostly by 7am itself registration will be closed. Hostel is always neat and clean.
Waste management doctors are highly professional, srinivas sir general physician is highly respectable but management does not have his number , to contact in emergency. But for OP they have his number. Very worst receptionist don't care for patients.
Excellent service provided in the hospital in all aspects Kameshwari madam, Srinivas sir treated each patient like their family members No words to describe about them such a nice personalities, down to earth and all the staff in the hospital are good maintenance everything nice...
