I had an extremely bad experience with this hospital. Initially, my 72-year-old mother was kept in the ICU for three days, despite having recovered after the first day. I was concerned that an extended stay in the ICU could increase her risk of infection, so I requested her transfer to a regular ward for continued treatment. However, it took three days for the hospital to accommodate this request. During her time in the ICU, there was a complete lack of communication from the doctors and hospital staff; no one informed us of her condition or the treatment she was receiving. Even after she was moved to the ward, it seemed challenging to have doctors visit her regularly. Upon discharge, we encountered issues with the Third-Party Administrator (TPA) regarding the billing. The staff appeared to have difficulties with basic math and understanding the authorization letter from MD India, which indicated that an amount of 1400 was to be paid by us, the insured. Instead, they attempted to overcharge us by an additional 6000. Fortunately, a representative from MD India clarified the situation after I contacted them. This experience has led me to conclude that Sahyog Hospital's operations are unsatisfactory. I have decided not to return to this hospital and would not recommend their services to others.

Good facilities and services provided by the hospital. Nursing staff are so supportive and enthusiastic about their services. The general ward is very neat, clean and hygienic. If you want a private room then rooms are available at very reasonable prices.

I am writing a review on this hospital. After seeing its facility, everything here is good. Like medical facilities, Doctor's behaviour is also good.Also nurse is sincere to patients. Or cleaning is done from time to time. Overall hospital is good from my POV.

I have admitted my husband in emergency as there was no any other option. But by well cared of all cooperative staffs and sisters my husband recovered very soon. So I liked the service provided by sisters and co- workers. I would like to suggest that increase the number of counters at pharmacy billing as attendants have to wait for long duration for sometime.

Good service, staffs behaviour is familiar. Timely doctors visit to patients. Canteen facility is also good. They offer foods as reasonable price.

Nursing, icu, icu staff, doctors, guard everything is up to the mark even cleaning staff do their duty verry sincerely. I m fully satisfied with the treatment. Thanks a lot for make us happy.

We r really very happy with all the service nd caring nature of this hospital and specially all the staffs nd nurses are very polite nd very caring nd punctual to their work... cleanliness is also up to the mark

All work were satisfactory but ward (boy) attendance was very poor. Nursing (all sisters) servicing were nice & excellent.
