Sahyog hospital - Hospital in Giridih - Giridih, India

Dr. Sheela Verma is very nice, kind and one of the success Gynecologist in Giridih. Very good experience. Only thing that their staff attitude to be changed as comfortable as to patient , staff has to help to the patient and their guardian. Payment option is only cash that is very bad. They do not accept card or other online payment. May be income tax issue but due to this we suffer, we have to find ATM and not ATM near by.

Excellent doctor (Dr. Sheela Verma) and staff members. They are always available, approachable and ready to hear and mitigate your problems. I remember support staff calling doctor at 2 am midnight when we were in the hospital, she picked up the call and provided us the medical advise. Almost after every hour or two, nurses will do regular visit for health checkup when one is hospitalized. If you have any issues, you can reach out to them directly also as they are available in each floor and support staff strength is in good number. Very professional behavior, none of the staff members ask you for any extra money as doctor has put a strict regulation on this to have checks and controls in place. Overall it was a good experience in Sahyog Hospital.

Doctor is quite experienced but she (Dr. Sheela Verma) and hospital staffs are always busy so doctor doesn't listen for long. Max to max she can give you 5-6 mins of hers not more than that. Consultancy charge is INR 300 which is quite feasible.

No doubt Dr Sheela Verma is good for patients so given 3start, Otherwise the process and carelessness of staff, specially the slow pprocess and time taking is like 1 star. If you have lot of time then visit this hospital. Sorry to say above statement but please improve the process.

One of the best hospital in gynecologist......in giridih

One of the worst hospital I have ever visited, everything is more pathetic then the word pathetic itself. No process, no cleanness. So dirty all around Behaviour of staff and even the gatekeeper is so bad that they think themselves to the head of the hospital all are non educated even though their attitude is sky reaching. And the best part is the doctor they will not at all interact with the patient and they are maintaining a huge distance from their guardian. They will not speak at all, no one will get the clue even what's going on to the patient and what kind of treatment they are performing on them. At last would say we don't have options so by force we have to visit what to do, for that we have to listen everything forms these unprofessional and idiots!!!

Better experience expected but because of the staffs and the doctor herself was poor on having good conversation It's better to go to other maternity hospital like Navdeep nursing home Sadar hospital is far better than this one

Worst hospital in Giridih district, ignore to going this hospital because all staffs are non cooperative and roughly talking. Some staffs stole money in cabin also when you are busy in other work, and after that no support by anyone along with doctor all staffs are associated in these types of crime because they distribute money to each. Low facilities. Money making.
