A trip to Kerala turned horrifying when my wife got a mini heart attack during the trip. But by God's Grace, my hotel stay was near to Sahrudaya Hospital which turned out to be a saviour in our lives. Doctors at Sahrudaya Hospital have provided best professional advise and guidance for heart related issue. The complete staff is very professional and caring. Hospital is very well maintained. Complete staff including nurses, ward boys and security guards were all very cooperative. Language didn't serve as a barrier for providing service. Patients are taken care in the best possible way. I can say that we were in the hands of the best team. Thank u so much for everything.

During our family trip, last week, we faced medical emergency @ Alappuzha our travel agent suggested us to immediately Consult Dr. Shivasubramaniyan of Sahrudaya Hospital, Alappuzha. Since we were travelling in altogether a different region, we were in dilemma about the treatment. but later on Dr. Shiva and his staff has given us excellent treatment and suggested an excellent course of medicine. On that Day he helped us Till late night. Till today he is providing us consultation on Cell phone on whatever issues we are facing. Dr Shiva and the entire team of the hospital has given us really homely treatment. After reaching home, local doctors told me that you have been given an excellent treatment and no further consultation in the matter is required now. We've been patients at this hospital for an extended period, and generally, we've had positive experiences with the commendable services and doctors. Recently, we needed to reschedule our appointment from the evening to the morning due to a health emergency. Despite a slight delay resulting from multiple bookings, we found the overall experience acceptable. However, during my mother's high blood pressure consultation, we encountered an unexpected situation. The nurse's response to our inquiry about the booking confusion was regrettably rude, and she even implied a connection to my mom's high blood pressure, which took us by surprise. We kindly request the hospital administration to look into this matter. Our intent is to share our experience constructively, and we believe that fostering a more considerate and respectful approach from the nursing staff would significantly enhance the overall patient experience. We want to emphasize that we appreciate all the other excellent services and the dedicated doctors at the hospital.

My father was admitted in the hospital for the treatment of cellulitis for about 10days. He was admitted in a critical condition and the doctors and nursing staff treated him with great care especially Dr.Irfan. Im from germany, travelling Kerala and came here for some shoulder pain in an emergency. Dr.Shiva and his Team were very thoughtful, caring and helped me right away. The pain was gone in a Minute. My mother in law(Mrs Somavally) underwent total knee replacement surgery from the hospital. Dr Azad Sait did her surgery and the overall treatment experience was very satisfactory.
