Very bad experience......Bus not coming, We are going by another bus service. I don't like sahajanand travels....No star.
I travelled from Mumbai to Gandhinagar in the bus. It took me 15 hours. Can you imagine? I was supposed to reach by 8 in the morning. Reached at 1 pm. 5 hours late. No proper responses, when asked, all they say is that's normal time. Take stops every 2 hours. They even took the bus in wrong direction for few kilometers. 30 mins for getting diesel, during the travel. I can't give minus, otherwise I would have definitely done it.

Very very very pathetic bus service.. actually I booked this bus for Gandhinagar to Rajkot. Bus pickup time given by them is 1:30 pm I was at pickup location before 1:15 pm, bus didn't come by 1:45 pm I called at office someone replied very rudely that bus is on the way and will come in sometime. But bus didn't come by even 2:00 pm than I called again and he said bus location is sargasan so reach there, so we were on way to sargasan then driver called me and informed that bus reached at adalaj.. and we reached adalaj.. Don't want to give even 1 start.. It's first and last experience, worst like never before.
Very bad experience of Nand Travels.very rudely talk.while complain regarding to time. At the time of booking told 7:15 AM and when talk to driver he put us 9:00 AM. I will never suggest Nand Travels.
Third class experience with Sahjanand I confirmed my ticket with their B 11 R Volvo and also paid for that but i got simple open window bus They didn't provide any services Never choose sahajanand if you want yo plesent journey
Bus condition is good but some times they drop be for destination and cancel further route , perticulerly I had bad experience for Gandhinagar route two times
Bus service are going down dy by day i have been traveling seens 1 month not good as per money charged by them
