I customised my rings, even after paying high making charges which is 17%, i am not satisfied with the finishing. Estimated ring weight has increased but still received smaller size of ring. Colour of the stone is also changed and when i told them about the colour change they agrued that "aap bole the jo bhi mile laga dena". If i am customising anything it means I want some specific things. Overall experience is very bad. Not recommended. After all this Mehul ji put lots of efforts , which is really appreciating. But still I didn't get satisfactory design for one of my ring and hence i got the refund for that.
