Sahastradhara river Natural spring - Tourist attraction in Bagradhauran - Dehradun, India

Sahastradhara is very famous in Dehradun due to its scenic beauty. However, a lot has changed now. They've tried to convert small sections of the river into water parks. Plus, there's no hygiene taken care of. Water all around the shops near the fall. The water is also not clean. You'll find people swimming and smoking simultaneously in the spring. It used to be a beautiful place for a relaxing and enjoying the beauty of nature. But, not anymore. Go there at your own risk if you're interested in crowdy places and man-made things. God bless.

A good place to have fun and enjoy the natural water spring, lockers, changing rooms, clothes for bathing and food items are available timing morning 7 to evening 6.

This is one of the best places where me and my friends spend time together way lot. If you're from Dehradun then you must be aware of the place it has everything to offer from Hotel Cafe Maggi Point river mountain etc but make sure when you are coming back from that place, Check once that you have taken everything with you be it junk, trash and your valuables. Trash because Mother earth is the only planet we have. Valuables because there are some alcoholics or drug-addicts nearby they might come after you leave and may take your valuables and when you'll come back in search for them, You will never be able to find them again.

Very crowded space and water is not clean. Enough parking space. If you are coming try to go little bit back, You can get very good personal space. Some people sell good momos and maggi.

Beautiful place among mountains to spend your time and have a picnic time with family and friends

I found sahastradhara fall okay. It was so sleepry there and water is smelly too. Not worth it but there was a cave there known as dron gufa worth to go i give that place literally 10 stars. calming, soothing, pure water from mountains, peaceful weather, each & every drop is soothing skin & souls

Place away from crowd, fresh and clean water, enjoy nature's lap, all surrounded with hills. Just little more efforts to visit this from the crowded market of sahatrdhara picnic spot. Love this place.
