Sahastrabudhe Hospital and I.C.U - Hospital in Navi Mumbai - Raigad, India

I had visited the hospital for getting Anti-tetanus vaccine for my mother as she got herself hurt by a metallic object. Thought the injection itself was of Rs29, the hospital charged Rs650 as OPD and injections charges. This is infuriating and not acceptable. Writing this review so that you do not get scammed by this hospital the way I got.

Please never go for this hospital.... Not taking care of ICU patient properly. Hospital is ver very expensive compared to other hospitals in Panvel. Very bad service by doctor and staff...... All are arrogant....

Dr. is so polite & down to earth.. but those RMO's and nurses are too rude to deal with. If you ever ask them what is the patients BP or temperature they are like it's normal.. but they will never tell you exact number. Even after submitting all documents, patients file and list of documents one needs from hospital for claim, they are like what all thing you want from hospital, they will ask you only verbally.. as if they can't read out list one needs for claim...

I respect both Dr. Sameer & Supriya. They are as such our family Dr s.The services are good. The dignosis is very perfect and non time consuming. I like the co- medical services also. Everyone is helping here in the hospital. Both are very dedicated to their services.

Onduty Rmo is not attending properly to patients bad service

I had a very bad experience in the hospital. Both the doctors (Sameer and Supriya) have no knowledge of anything. I lost my father because of wrong treatment of both of them. I want from God is that very bad happens to this too.

This hospital has grown over a period of past 15 years. The hospital area is reasonably good. New test machines have been added however training of staff has not paced with time. The doctors should do more of patient treatment and less of administration. Professionals should be given the hospital management work. Needs to me better maintained in cleanliness.

First of all Dr. Sameer Sahasrabudhe and other doctors are very polite and expert in there field. My experience was very bad only because of the other staff in hospital. I took my wife in emergency as she was not able to breath at all. Here is my list of bad experience. 1. As soon as she was admitted doctor asked nurse to take ECG. Nurse was not even knowing how to place the ECG leads. My wife had to assist her since she is also from medical field. 2. The nurse was not good at injecting the saline needle. My wife hand got swollen because of wrong application of needle. Even after asking them to apply needle on other hand they were not ready to listen. Only after instruction from doctor they changed it. 3. During discharge I paid full amount and asked for printed bill. Reception asked me to take bill next day since work load was high. Next day when I went they said that I still have to pay 3500, it was missed on the main bill. How can they discharge without right bill. Still It took 5 visits and 3 days to get printed bill. 4. My file was missing X-ray reports and USG reports. I called and asked for same. They literally had to search it in many drawers before handing over to me. All papers shall have been in file in first place. Overall experience was bad and had to make multiple visits just to get right papers for claim. Provided medication and advice from doctor were good and cured my wife soon.
