Very bad experience. Hotel is not safe for stay. Rooms are not clean properly, door lock not working, washroom washbasin tap is not working. And we found one of the guest issue while staying in hotel, hotel staff was looking into the room from door lock and that guest caught him while doing this. That was insecure feeling in the hotel. Staff was not supporting at all. Hotel management need to look into this issues to do the better business.

10 minutes from Panvel station in Rickshaw, at silent area. Staff was cooperative, rooms are good, bedsheets were not clean so asked to change, asked to keep dustbin in room, in summer we felt heated as room was packed. Better go for AC rooms. Good for local couples as prices are lower.
